Engineering services

To make sure good quality and reasonable prices, ZSI engineers are responsible for identifying the most suitable manufacturing processes for each product together with our subcontractors.

ZSI engineers are supervising the sampling process closely.

By giving advices on how to increase the manufacturability, we support our customers to reduce their production costs fundamentally.

Leveraging our established supply base, ZSI is able to run prototyping for our customers efficiently and effectively.

We are capable of using various engineering software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor and Pro/E).

Drawings can be developed based on samples.

Production planning

ZSI adopts a “Joint Production Planning Program” with our customers and subcontractors to make sure reliable deliveries.

Through the successful implementation of the “Stock Plan Based Production” program, we succeed in shortening the leadtime by 30 days and increase on-time deliveries drastically.

Logistics innovation

Through long-term cooperation agreements, we are able to get better price and services from the logistic companies.

We conduct volume consolidation to reduce the logistic costs for our customers.

We develop and implement standard packaging guidelines to make sure goods are deliverredin good conditions.

Assembly

As business develops, we are capable of supplying not only parts but also components which require complex assembly works.

Assemblies are conducted at our core subcontractors but with strong supports and guidelines from ZSI.
