Continuously high quality is the most important operational objective of ZSI, so we build one quality center to make sure the products to be delivered are qualified.

With a group of higher-educated and experienced quality engineers, we conduct the inspection of each sample and mass order professionally. We have special quality engineers engaged in specific fields like casting and forging, machining, sheet metal and others according to their professional knowledge and competence, experience and strength.

We use advanced and wide-range inspection instruments and equipment to guarantee the product will be qualified. We will calibrate our measurement tools regularly to make sure our inspection reports are correct and meaningful. Our main inspection instruments are as follows:

Together with each shipment, we will attach the certificate of material, measuring report and other reports if our customers request.
