Communicate with subcontractors frequently to ensure customer’s requirements are fully understood

- Development of Quality Control Plan (QCP) and sample inspection
- Technical meetings to solve any possible technical problems
- Summarizing & filing sample’s feedback from the customer
- Meeting with suppliers to fine-tune MP and QCP according to samples’ feedback
- Strict implementation of updated MP and QCP
- Quality inspection by ZSI quality engineers during and after production
- Development and implementation of production plan and logistics plan
- Documentation of the customer quality feedback
- Scrutinization of the problems rapidly if with customer’s complaints
- Technical & quality review meeting with the engineers of the suppliers
