Supplier selection and evaluation program
Suppliers are evaluated and selected through a standard program ("TQSP").
No orders can be released before the joint approval from ZSI engineers, quality engineers and purchasers after an on-site assessment.
Supplier management program
To implement the strategy of "right supplier, instead of best supplier" successfully, a "Pyramid" structure of supply base is established for each segment. Supplier for each request is then carefully selected depending on different "quality and price" mixes.
To develop and maintain a reliable and competitive supply base, ZSI implements a "Supplier Development Program" to improve the quality and delivery preformance of the core suppliers, through which ZSI succeeds in building up many long-term relationship with the suppliers.
